As you can see, this wonderful south-east facing pool and spa is fully screened against insects and also fenced off each side, thus affording perfect privacy as you enjoy the all day sun & your view across this lovely lake. As the day warms up, Black Vultures and Buzzards catch the thermals from the lake and soar high into the sky, showing a wonderful display of aerial skills, it feels as if you are in the cage & the wildlife are the free ones, which of course, they are. All day long various visitors such as Great Grey Herons, Egrets, Little Herons, Meadowlarks and numerous other species of bird frequent this location. There's a Gator in that lake!
As the evening draws on you are then treated to the hilarious calls of several species of frogs & toads as they croak out their territorial sonnets, then, at nine 'o' clock Epcot's fireworks spring into the sky on the horizon.

The surface around the pool is brick paved, this is absolutely non-slip and very safe. We supply plastic tumblers for use around the pool, thus avoiding any dangerous accidents with glass. We also supply very large poolside towels for use around the pool and to take to the water parks. Please note that as this is a private pool there are no lifeguards on duty, we therefore ask that all children are supervised whilst in and around the pool. Neither the owners or the management company can accept any liability for accidents. All doors leading out to the pool deck are alarmed to ensure child safety. |

We recommend pool heating during the cooler months. Both the pool and Jacuzzi spa are heated to 85 degrees |

The Lanai is such a peaceful setting for breakfast or just to sit and read that book you haven't had the time to read before, or select one of the many books from the entertainment centre in the lounge. The high quality poolside furniture is supremely comfortable, there are 4 full recliners, 4 standard chairs and 4 footstools. We appreciate how important comfort around the pool is, no cheap furniture allowed in this villa.
You can rent a villa that backs on to several other villas and endure all of the noises and disturbance of other holidaymakers, or you can book Lake-View House for a perfect peaceful and restful vacation!
