This American Kitchen comes equipped with every conceivable convenience, a 19 cu. ft. fridge freezer with integral icemaker, range style cooker, huge microwave oven, dishwasher, waste disposal, food blender, electric can opener, coffee maker and grinder, knife block, full compliment of crockery & cutlery, tea towels, napkins, you name it, it's here! Even a non-stick frying pan. We have just put in 4 new swivel bar-stools for the breakfast bar. We are constantly upgrading and adding to this villa, comfort is our only aim!

This laundry room is equipped with industrial sized appliances, the washing machine & tumble dryer will take enormous loads. There is also an iron & ironing board and mop & bucket, hopefully though, you won't need them!  You are on vacation after all.

The  Gas BBQ is supplied free of charge, the gas bottle is a lottery though, if you find there is gas in it that's great, if there's not you will need to take it for a re-fill, only about $14, pot luck!  We do ask that if you use the BBQ you clean it well afterwards, failure to do so will result in a $25 cleaning fee deducted from your security deposit As you can see there is a good quality pushchair and highchair also free of charge, we also have a fold away crib for infants.  Most villa owners charge extra for all these, with us they are included in the price.
